Annoying illegal calls

I keep getting calls from this Card Member Services scam.  Today instead of hanging up on them I pressed 1 to speak to someone, told them it's illegal to call me because I'm on the Do Not Call Registry and the guy (Jason #LM753) told me it's not illegal because I do business with them. I told him to please put me on their Do Not Contact list and he said he couldn't. He rudely kept talking over me and drowning me out, asking me for personal credit card information so they can lower my interest rate. I insisted they take me off their list and he said he couldn't but he would tell me how I could get that done. I waited, then finally said "Well hurry up. I did NOT give you permission to call me." He hung up on me. They called me from a wireless number according to my caller ID: (202)351-3916.
