Airtel connectivity is not shown in my smart phone despite recharge of ISD pack

Dear Customer Service Manager, I have airtel connection with contact no. 99931289456. Before traveling to USA, I got the ISD pack of Rs. 2999. Still I am not able to get the connectivity in my mobile so I am not able to receive even any msg. Thanks,
