showroom product discontinued and not available

Ikea sets up these wonderful displays for living room, bedrooms, kitchens, etc.  After chosing your items, writing down all the item numbers, and weaving in and out of their maze of showrooms, you arrive to fill your cart with the items youve written down.  After filling 99% of your items and having a full room full of household goods.... they -dont have it in stock, discountiued the item, will not remove it from the show room AND will not sell you the display model causing you to not only waste 4 hours of your day finding the "perfect" set for your home, child, mother, spouse, etc and loading it on the cart only to be disappointed that your perfectly chosen "set" is not there, not in stock, discountinued, and/or the staff has no idea if and when it will ever be available.
