Under-Cooked Food

Tonight, Tuesday 4-22-14 my husband and I had dinner at the Red Lobster in Altamonte Springs, FL. Half of our food was under cooked; lemon chicken was raw; lobster pizza not cooked in the middle; lettuce was wilted and swimming in dressing; lobster mac and cheese tasted as if it was cooked days ago and the reheated. Being 7 months pregnant I'm so glad that I did not order the special trio promo like my husband did or I would have been served the raw chicken and that would have been a disaster. Overall we made the best of our dinner with what we could eat. We were reluctant to speak to management fearing something else would go wrong with the food. Recently, we have encountered similar experiences in this location just none this severe. Red Lobster has always been a favorite of ours but after tonight's experience we will not be returning.
