Respected Authority,
I am a first time Q-MOBILE user and have purchased Q-TAB Q1000 Tab Q-mobile on 15th December 2014, the device worked very well till April 2015, and on 30th April tab won’t charge and went out of power, I have sent it to some local shop for checking, they replaced the pin attached to tab saying that it was faulty, when I get this information, I have showed my anger that why you have touched it when it was under warranty,
On 04th May I have deposited the Tab in Digicom shop at Doctor’s Plaza, Clifton Karachi, they gave me the date of delivery as 14th May 2015, with the tentative repair cost of Rs1900/- on 14th May when I visited Digicom, they said that my tab is not ready and is still in the lab, they requested me to come on 16th May 2015, When I visit on 16th May, they gave me my tab in complete running condition against the payment of Rs250/- while the original estimate was Rs1900/- and said that its battery is low get the machine charged, I checked it on the spot and called to my other number from it, while calling it again went out of power, I have told them the issue, they said, get it charged, so I put it on the charging within the premises of their office but the device won’t charge, I told them the issue , They said that the time for today is over, please bring it to us on Monday for repeat complaint,
I have again deposited it on Tuesday 19th May 2015 and they have booked it for repeat complaint meaning that the previous complaint is not properly attended and resolved, this time the estimated cost written on the repair order was Rs250 plus Rs1 as part cost they gave me the return date of 29th May 2015, when I called the help line at 021-111-225563 to check if my tab is ready now, but to my utter surprise they told me that there was a problem in the main board of the tab and it will cost me over 6200/-
You are requested to conduct the probe into the matter and investigate following points,
1- If the Main Board was faulty, why in first place it was not properly repaired,
2- How would the device gets it’s power on, with the faulty main board?,
3- When the device gets power off in their office and won’t charge why they didn’t take it back on the same Repair order and why they have issued new RO with REPEAT COMPLAINT it means that previous complaint was not properly attended,
4- Please check, who is in the LAB making these decisions which are hurting Company’s reputation,
Positive response in reasonable time is anticipated,
