I cant use computers

I am 72 years old. Basic computer skills are necessary in my business.  I can handle most of them OK but go outside of that "super basics" area and I waste many hours of time trying to figure things out.  Why are computer engineers so out of touch with reality that they make things so horribly difficult.  I am so upset about computer engineers that if someone were to tell me they do this for a living,  I would walk away from them.  How on earth can they be so naievely ignorant.  I hate them and if I could sue them I would. I think they have fun messsing with ordinary people while knowing there is no way for most people to figure things out. The other related thing is that when you look up how to perform a task,  usually the instructions are just absolutely wrong.
