I have been receiving numerous calls from Peerless Network, Milwuakee, WI. I block their number and they call with a different number. Only one time have I had some one actually answer and I told them not to call anymore. I have 5 different numbers they call me with. They are as follows. 414-877-0316, 414-877-0317, 414-877-0160, 608-535-5936, 414-877-0319. I have called the FCC and they told me I would have to file a complaint against them with each number they call me with. I tried to give her all the phone numbers at once but she refused to take them all. That is bull. These people call twice a day and even on weekends.

This company is doing the same to me.  They called me on 414-312-4973, 414-219-1162, 414-699-9839, 570-714-2773, 414-219-1056.  I have been enteringing all the numbers into the federal database and I truly it is just a plaseabo our worthless government has set up to try to make us feel good.

Got a call from 4148771378, came up as Peerless Network on caller ID, caller sounded like a redneck high school dropout. They asked for a women's name I didn't recognize so I asked for a last name. They refused to give me a last name, which is fine so I told them they had thd wrong number. Their tone got angrier with me, demanding I give the phone to who they were looking for or the "head of household", so I hung up. This isn't the first call I've recieved, but if definitely was the rudest.

Received a called from Peerless today stating my social security number and EIN matches whats in there databased and that they tried calling me and mail me nunerous of times( all said in a voicemail) so I called back and a lady answer the phone but said a different name other than Peerless. Asking how may she direct my call. I knew it was spam since my caller I.D showed spam. But below it had Peerless Network of Wisconsin. Sent them right to my block list.

I got them in Cali, but I think they're gathering numbers that answer, to sell to marketing operations.  I got the call on an LA number.  I'm from Wisconsin though, so, reading some of these notes above, I'm assuming they're going thru the entire phone number system in the state of  Wisconsin. I think all these calls target Wisconsin phones.. There are 10 numbers in a phone call. The first six are the identifiable area codes and the index numbers of all the area codes in the state of Wisconsin. All they need to do to discover all the 'useful' phone numbers, is try every possible last 4 number combination after all the six number area code and index numbers in the state, to ring every number there IS in the state.  If they first match their list against a published phone books database of state numbers, they can skip those numbers that are already known and exist in directories, concentrating just on the unknown numbers.  They're listening for 2 answers they can sell:  a fax number or the number of a consumer.  Just calling randomly but with a purpose of gathering numbers that work, will also unearth unlisted numbers of traditional phones, but also the largely UNLISTED cell phone numbers of all the CELLPHONE USERS in America. If once they've gotten either a fax or an answer, they can try texting an identified phone number as well.  If they get a text back, they can, in most cases, but with some exceptions, identify a cell phone number.

One more thing.  Its no use putting the number they call you on, on the do not call list.  Phone spoofer software has been around for ten years or more.  Even if they identify the caller as the Peerless Network of Wisconsin, they can change the call number any time they choose to.  So posting the the spoofed number does no good.  A week ago I got a caller id that wasn't a number but a word which I now can't remember.  That call came possibly from the boyfriend of an old girlfriend of mine from Atlanta who had discovered my number in her phone.  I didn't understand what the guy wanted but he was unfriendly so I hung up without speaking to him.

It is time for the federal government to get involved. It's simply a violation because once you request to be on the Do Not Call list it's their responsibility to stop calling you. This is the problem our data has been misused in many municipalities that's why they need to reform the internet system to protect the rights of the common citizen these telemarketer database information lawbreakers should be dealt with by the federal government not the state that's the problem. It's nothing but a scam to steal your information and selling on the web. Government if you hear me it's your time to put everything in perspective by law by the Constitution of law. And we all know there's punitive damages to everyone that's on here that has a complaint including me.

LoL some of you are fu by talking aboyt punitive dmgs the mfers are annoying they aren't punitively hurting you though.... Clearly a scammer but just ignore the call... The gov isn't going to do anything about an incinvience and annoyance no crime is actually being commited it's harmless pestering pester then back pretend to be using the bathroom having sex or cusa them out..  make them uncomfortable they won't call and you'll get a laugh
