worst service/ruined birthday with son

Took son to redlobster in oaklawn Illinois to celebrate his 17th birthday. Service was terrible! !our waiter was to busy from the 7.99$special they were running never brought our biscuits or refilled our drinks.my son and I both ordered the ultimate feast. Dinners.I went to the host podium in front and asked host and a watriess to please tell my waiter that I wanted to purchase a cookie cake and sing happy birthday to my son.we finished dinner no sign of waiter??then he comes with check?so I figure to hint and remind him..nothing....so upset!!!no refills no biscuits and 40mins sitting at table food cold worst service ever!!this happened 7/26/2013 made 3 complaints no answer...worst Customer service ever don't waste your money or special occasion at redlobster warning!!!!!
