Warranty Refund Promised if Unused

I too purchased a warranty and paid $1995 in full with a promise that if unused in 7-years they would refund $1500. One month before policy was due t expire I submitted the paperwork as instructed in warranty policy and sent them certified mail to only receive them back from USPS with sticker noting undeliverable no known address and no forwarding address available. We need to send complaints to attorney general's office. Include me if class action suit materializes. GREED is the sad truth we are living in this country. Take from the innocent hardworking people. Keeping the faith that they will be caught.
