I was contacted from a spoofed local number by a Terry who indicated she was from COMPLIANT MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS. She stated that I was being charged with two counts of fraud regarding a payday loan from Fox Enterprises, stated I requested the payday loan and gave them an account number on an inactive account drawn on a bank that I've never had an account with.  I explained that I've never taken a pay day loan ever! They have never deposited any funds or received any funds from my bank account. She then told me she had to transfer me to the legal department to put a statement on file. I was also told that if I did not make payment, charges would be filed with the courts or my wages would be garnished. I offered to give the “legal” representative my new mailing address and requested documentation as well as a copy of the signature on the loan document be mailed to me and I would take it to court. At this point the “legal” representative didn’t take my new information and quickly ended the call. I googled FOX ENTERPRISES and to my surprise, it has been cited with multiple scam complaints. Fox Enterprises address or phone number is not listed in order to file a report with the BBB. CONSUMERS BEWARE.

    People are calling everyone around town and people out of town leaving a message for me to call a number they left and a case number. They said the were going to file charges against me. I am disabled and only get disability check. I am getting very upset with this and making myself sick!  I tried to call and got a recording wanting a lot of information about me. Did not give them any info.

    These people called me several times last week stating the same as the above caller  two complaints  federal charges  going to serve me and call my HR dept to garnish wages. when I told them I have an attorney, they said I was delusional and to not google one  and give fake info  so hateful  SO I did call my attorney since I am delusional and she said they had done same to another client, when Attorney called and tried 3 times to discuss the matter, they hung up.  already called this  morning.  I removed my voice message  and my attorney sent over info on filing legal complaints on them
