Billing for product not ordered

I called the # found on this page, 888-475-9368 and was told first that I ordered the product online and it was clearly stated on the webite, that I'd be shipped the product monthly.  I did not ever see the product online, I saw it on TV and was never sent anything with a phone number on it or contract, only a packing slip which included " $0.00 "  SEVEN times.  He tried to offer it to me at 50% of the $89.95 charged to my account.  I refused, and he then offered to refund me 50% of the  $89.95, again I said NO,  only then did he tell me I could get the full amount refunded and the orders stopped.
Keep trying, everyone! It can be done!!!
