My and I bought a warranty for my sons 2008 BMW.  Used the warranty for a door lock, cost was $400.  Engine light on because alternator was going out. Took to shop, but Direct Buy would not pay because it was not out yet.  Service guy told me get if fix because when that goes out, it could damage other things, but Direct Buy said no.  So my son trades the car, now we tried to cancel  the warranty, another problem.  Out of $300 down and $1894, we kept the  warranty for  2 1/2 years.  Warranty good for up to 120,000 miles, car only had 80000 (started with 60,000).  Figured possibly 1/2 of my money back, they want to refund me $127.50.  I ask them how did they come to that figure and they tell me that they have a cancellation fee of $250.  I checked all over my contract and the only thing I saw in the cancellation paragraph is a $25 cancellation processing fee.  I was so upset with them and they still have not send me anything yet. I will pass this on to anyone, "Do Not Get Into any Contract with DBW". VSC # 79643899  Now I am trying to check on my refund and for 2 days their phones are messed up. Right now I call and I am getting a voice like a slow down rapper telling me that I need to call between the hours of 7am - 6pm Mon-Fri and it's 3:00pm.  I am really upset now!!!
