I ordered 3 pieces of clothing to be shipped to my girlfriend. They never arrived via UPS. UPS says that the shipper is responsible for a claim and tracking so I contacted www.dimout.com to let them know that the shipment didn't arrive. That was two weeks ago. The items were paid for and the money drawn from the account but Dimout has not provided any assistance to locate or reship the items. They have said they put a tracer on it but UPS said they didn't. They said they would reship last week but they haven't provided a tracking number and nothing has been received. No money has been returned to my account. Dimout doesn't seem to care about its customers and does not provide truthful information in it's communications to is customers.

If they can't provide you with a tracking number, then it wasn't shipped.
If they didn't ship it, but took your money while claiming they did ship it and refuse to refund it, then dispute the charge with your bank, close the account to prevent any future withdrawl, and notify the merchant that the order is cancelled due to their failure to ship.
You shouldn't be using your checking account for anything but payments to companies you trust, such as for rent, mortgage, utilities, CC payments, etc. Do not use, and cancel, debit and check cards, since they represent a security risk.
Use only credit cards for on-line or retail payments. They are easier to dispute and cancel if compromised.
