I ordered 3 pieces of clothing to be shipped to my girlfriend.  They never arrived via UPS. UPS says that the shipper is responsible for a claim and tracking so I contacted www.dimout.com to let them know that the shipment didn't arrive.  That was two weeks ago.  The items were paid for and the money drawn from the account but Dimout has not provided any assistance to locate or reship the items.  They have said they put a tracer on it but UPS said they didn't. They said they would reship last week but they haven't provided a tracking number and nothing has been received. No money has been returned to my account. Dimout doesn't seem to care about its customers and does not provide truthful information in it's communications to is customers.

    All UPS shipments have a tracking number.  If they provide you with the tracking number, you can use the UPS site to determine when it shipped, and where it went, or if UPS thinks they delivered it to your door.

    If they can't provide you with a tracking number, then it wasn't shipped.

    If they didn't ship it, but took your money while claiming they did ship it and refuse to refund it, then dispute the charge with your bank, close the account to prevent any future withdrawl, and notify the merchant that the order is cancelled due to their failure to ship.

    You shouldn't be using your checking account for anything but payments to companies you trust, such as for rent, mortgage, utilities, CC payments, etc.  Do not use, and cancel, debit and check cards, since they represent a security risk.

    Use only credit cards for on-line or retail payments.  They are easier to dispute and cancel if compromised.

    I also have had problems with Dimout.com. I bought shoes from them. They were broken upon arrival. I spoke with the company president (Bob) who told me to ship the shoes back and they would reimburse me for shipping charges (approx $7) and send me out replacements. One month later I still haven't heard from them or received replacements. Emailed several times and left several phone messages. I FINALLY get a response from Bob saying that he would take care of it. Apparently his idea of taking care of it was to simply refund my money AND CHARGE ME A RESTOCKING FEE AND NO REIMBURSEMENT ON MY SHIPPING CHARGES TO REUTRN THE DEFECTIVE SHOES AS HE PROMISED. I have sent several additional emails and no response at all. I will let my credit card company sort it all out.

    Pissed at DIMOUT
    I ordered a pair of shoes from Dimout.com on Feb 2 its now Feb 18 and still have not received my shoes. I have called and its wierd because on the answering machine it says "All lines are busy, do not leave a message" not a good sign for a company. I have also tried emailing them a bunch of times with no reply. They never even sent me a tracking number for my shoes. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE, YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I URGE YOU TO PLEASE ORDER FROM SOME REPUTABLE COMPANY.

    Let's File A Lawsuit!
    Like all of you, and countless others online they have also STOLEN from me my hard-earned money! I would like to seek legal action against them, as I have already filed complaints with the FBI's internet fraud dept and Dimout Shoes has ceased to be shut down. If you are interest in filing a class action lawsuit, PLEASE email me at hotkachina87@gmail.com. Hopefully if more voices are heard we will be able to solve this problem by getting them shutdown and being compensated.

    I just bought a pair of shoes on DimOutShoes.com.  After receiving the first intial confirmation email, I noticed it didn't provide a tracking number.  I've emailed several times and called their toll free number. I get a response via email that they will responde but don't. Their number is no longer working. So I searched 411.com and got a local number.  However, that number has been disconnected as well.  I called my credit card company and they told me to give them a little more time. I doubt I'll ever get it, after seeing all these complaints. I should have done my due deligence and researched the company before placing order.  I know now, it doesn't take but one search on google to see complaints.

    I ordered shoes from them and never rec'd them, filed numerous emails asking about shipment, left many messages on their machine that says "please don't leave a message." I eventually contacted my bank and did a chargeback. My bank refunded my money and dimout never contacted me! Do not do business with this company!

    The owners of this web site have moved to mississippi....they are hiding from all of this in a small town...Houston, MS.  They live at stinkin Jims campground...www.stinkinjims.com.  Hope you get your money back from these crooks.

    WHEN I READ THESE EMAILS I WAS PRETTY SUPRISED I BOUGHT SOME ITEMS A WHILE BACK FROM DIM OUT IN NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. I GUESS I WAS A LUCKY ONE. BUT THANKS TO ALL YOUR POST I WONT BUY FROM THERE AGAIN CAUSE I MIGHT NOT BE SO LUCKY NEXT TIME AROUND.

    Yeah, me too! I ordered in 2007 without any problems. In fact the items were shipped so fast that I wasn't expecting it that soon! I just wanted to dimout.com and was surprised it wasn't there anymore. So I googled it and to my surprise there were plenty of complaints from 2008 to now. Humm...guess I'll have to look elsewhere. Hope I find what I want to order.

    I ordered a pair of shoes from DIMOUT a year ago and I ordered them to be received in two days. instead they came 2 weeks late. I didn't worry about it...I never took time to file a complaint. I just haven't done any business with them since. I'm interested in buying some yellow high heels and I was going to dimout website and the complaints from you guys poped up in the seach log..I am amazed...wow!!!

    I'm also bummed to hear about this. I ordered from Dimoutshoes in 2007 as well and they shipped fast and I received everything that I ordered in good condition. Sucks they've gone downhill. I really loved their shoes.
