worst day of my life since apartheid

On the night June 18 2010 I visited the Kfc in 57A v Riebeeck Road, Kuilsriver at around 10:30 just before closing. I requested a nine piece promotion. After an half an hour of wait I had to pay for my food. I gave the teller my card to pay but was told that that pay point was not working and she demanded from me to move to the other side. When I refuse she called her manager, which till this day I don't know her name. The manager then swipe my card and gave my package. After I received my package, I notice that that the cooldrinks was not cold and ask cold cooldrinks. The manager was not to happy with this idea and ask the security to remove me from their premises. I then ask her name and she refuse to give me her name. I then took my cellphone to take pictures of the manager and the teller and they quickly ran to the back. The manager desided to call the SAP to remove from their premises. The police officer subsiquently push me out of the shop and my package fell in the shop. One of the workers picked it up and wanted to give back to me and I refused to take it. I'm still gutted for my experience.
