Undue delay in delivering free gift offer -Gross negligence.

I have already putforth a complaint regarding the non delivery of free gifts on 9/12/09.Then I was asked to furnish details such as unique number,membership number etc which I have provided immediately.Still I was not sent the free gifts.Why such long delay? Do not try to deceive customers.
