unwanted phone solicitation and refusal to remove from call list

Steve Savage  - I just got the fourth call in about six weeks from this guy.  He ALWAYS starts out with "I'm glad you picked up, I was about to get my answering machine voice on".. and then proceeds to ask for money.  When he is told that I NEVER donate to anyone requesting over the phone, the pitch continues.  I do think that someone picked up eventually when I said I was going to report him to the Missouri Attorney General no -call list (because my number is on it), and he says he will take my number off his list.  However, I have continued to receive calls from this jerk (always says he's with some police benevolent organization).... obviously he ignores my requests to be removed.  What a SCAMMER!  This from St;. Charles County Missouri.
