I just received a call from "Card Services". The caller ID had no name, but displayed MY phone number. The recording merely said that I had been chosen to have my credit card interest rate lowered. I selected to speak to a representative who Identified the company as "Card Services". I asked for a good call back number, and he immediately hung up.

This recent gang of robo-dialing "lower interest" scammers were calling themselves “Greensavers” before they were sued, and now operate as “All In One Professional Solutions”
