why is this not being investigated?

I have tried to engage them in conversation, but today, when I said I did not sign up for these calls, he said "Yes you did, when you got a Visa or MasterCard, the company you got it from automatically signed you up to receive these calls." Liar liar pants on fire!  Why is the FTC not nailing these guys?!

    Yes they are liars, on top of being thieves, and aa public nuisance.

    They are fraudulently pretending to be with "VISA" or "MasterCard" to try to con you into disclosing your card information so they can run through fraudulent charges.

    So why do VISA and MasterCard continue to give them access to the payment system, when they are infringing their tradenames with their fraudulent claims, and all their charges are fraudulent?
