bogus call

I just got a phone call from 909-440-6891 from Christine stating she was from the Dept of Legal Affairs. She left a message stating that it was urgent I call concerning a matter that is escalating. I called back and left a message, but now seeing this I think it was a scam. Thanks for the posts.
