No one answers the phone

Tried to call the Warrenville Lifetime FItness and no one answered the phone. Whatever option given to reach a dept., all went to voicemail. Tried to call the same number 630-393-2600 three times and the phone just rings and goes to voicemail options. When I called the Corporate Office and spoke to "Brian, we can't give out our last names" and told him about the phones, lack of help there, he said he could help. I referred a friend to the club (big mistake!) and never received my LTbucks. Brian said they "expire in 30 days." I told him I never received an email or notice and that was poor business practice and he said "maybe this is not the best health club for you at this time." How do you like that? He is in effect, telling me to quit Lifetime. Lifetime Fitness is a joke- fast turnovers, poor management, and terrible customer service.
