Unauthorized Cjatge

In this past memorial day, I have bought coins for 4.99 in Quick Hits, (no problem),  we'll later that evening I was charged another 99.99 for 210,000,000 coins with i did NOT purchase nor did I receive. Google Play wouldn't help me, my bank was no help and I've yet to get a response from Phantom Efx. I'm truly disappointed with all 3 of them for their lack of support in the matter
