Harassing phone calls from Northland Group

I get harassing phone calls from northland group looking for someone named Cynthia K Adair. We have asked them nicely not to call us, they have the wrong name and number.
They continue to call continuously all hours of the day. I have even told them to google this person they are looking for and stop calling us.
If they are a real collection company, you would think they would realize if they are calling the wrong number, they are NEVER going to get paid trying to collect from the wrong person.
It must be some kind of scam.

You have found that they are ignroing, and apparently intend to continue ignoring, your demand that they cease harassing you.
Pass this problem off to an attorney. Since FDCPA allows courts to award actual and statutory damages, and your attorney fees, if you win, there are attorneys who take these cases on contingency. They are more likely to stop if it costs them.
