Cancellation not accepted

I Joined LA fitness in Atlanta GA and after 12 days found that water in pool was creating rashes on my skin.I joined it only for swimming and when I complained to Manager then they simply cancelled my membership and said no refund will be provided.This was rude and highly unprofessional.I showed them my face and whole my upper respiratory system got choked still these people were not paying any heed and offered me to use their machines.I already got the machine in my complex.

Very bad behaviors and unethical professionalism by LA fitness.
