CPS in Lisle, IL are very unprofessional. They've called me names and spoke ignorantly on the phone. To be exact "miss rogers" told my assistant at work ' hes to broke to take the day off' and called him a liar and called back 4 times within an 2 hours. If anyone has info about a lawsuit or ideas on how to break cps down for their phone gangster ways, respond, class action sounds good!

Although it's not clear what their motive is, there are some complaints reporting irregularities in properly crediting payments, including harassing calls even when payments have been made timely. Make sure they are proberly crediting your payments, and not charging fabricated late fees. You may have to send your payments via certified mail to obtain confirmation from the Post Office of their date of delivery.
You might contact your state Attorney General to find what state agency is responsible for regulation and licensing of lenders in your state. You could then file a complaint through that agency.
If this is car loan financing into which you were steered by a local dealer, you might send a complaint to them, and if they ignore you, file a complaint against them through BBB, Yelp, etc. Car dealers generally get a commission from lenders they place their borrowers with, so if they are putting their commissions ahead of the interests of their customers and steering them toward predatory lenders because they pay more, maybe their future customers may want to know that..
