This letter is to notify you that we have received a Summons of Garnishment on your wages. This means that someone you owe money to has been awarded a judgment by the court for payment of the debt. On JUNE 23th 2016 we received a garnishment order from a court to [freeze/remove] funds in your account. The amount of the garnishment order was for $1423.13. We are sending you this notice to let you know what we have done in response to the garnishment order. You can contact your creditor for settlement amount.

    IF this was true, you would have had a COURT DATE since wage garnishment is done by COURT ORDER!  Give your local courthouse a call.  "United States of Federal Management"??????

      I had received the exact same email a couple weeks ago (different personal info). I honestly started to believe it but then I decided to do some research and found this post. Pretty sure its fake now.

        Indeed it is.  There is no such agency as the "United States of Federal Management" (or "MANAGMENT").

      I  got an e-mail with the same case number but mine said United States or a State Debt support enforcement agency, I replied to the e-mail asking what company wants to garnish and I have not heard back, because it doesn't list my name or anyone's elses name or a company that will be garnishing
