Card charged no product

I am really sorry that I didnt do this research before attempting to purchase.  Me like everyone else is very disappointed with this company, if I can say company.  At any rate my card was charged and no product.  Do anyone have a phone number for them?  That should have been my first clue that it was fraudaulent.  This is terrible
