tv damage

Yes direct tv is a scam. I love there product and all the HD channels are great but it he service is very disappointing. The tech came to my house and while installing service fried my tv. Said something cause a back feed of power through an HDMI port or something. Needless to say, I sent pictures and got it approved and was told my check was to be sent within 14 business days. Well its been almost two months!!!! Ya I know a 1200$ tv isn't a big deal buy I don't have to money to fix it. Do not go with direct tv!!!! They are to hard to deal with...
