Never got dimond z ring

I bought a dimond z ring on dicember 2013 for my mom as a presant its already Feb 2014 and still no ring. Its funny its olny $20 and ended takeing out $100 dollars from my back account this is BS now i got a lot of things to do cancel my bank accont because no doubt those mother F****** are still gona keep on takeing money from me these people are nothing but lame
