I purchased a samsung 1.5 ton split air-conditioner from the Canteen Stores Department in May this year. Barely 2 weeks into its service, I discovered water leaking from the pipe that exits the water outside. The local service centre headed by one Mr Saji was contacted. Despite the fact that I stay just 50 feet away from the service centre, the service centre is unable to provide assistance on time. Finally when they arrived, they simply said that the problem will continue and that they don't have a solution for it. So I decided that instead of the water falling outside I would take the pipe inside and put a bucket so that the water can be released into a bucket, with the hope that the leak would gradually stop. To my surprise the water is now falling from the front part of the A/C and into the room. We contacted the service centre Mr Saji yet again. He said that he would send someone, but noone has arrived till date. We are having sleepless nights.
Why does Samsung have such irresponsible people to run such service centres? I am contemplating legal action against the company to ensure that people are not made to put up with such nonsense.

    hahah my a/c is just 1 year old as soon as we got the a/c we had this problem  more over the service people after the first three free services which they did none say my warranty finished and  i need to spend 500 rs on this problem though i  i got one free service from an engineer just 30 days ago to check the condition of a/c for this summer.
