Unauthorized transactions

Since April I have been getting a charge of $19.95 from a WC Value Plus. I do not even know this company. I really hadn't paid attention until I saw the law suit on classiccloseouts.com. I went through my charge statements and found the $19.95 charges. I haven't received my September statement yet but I would suppose it is charged on that one also.
