Evrytime they call, send an e-mail to your senator and congressman or woman and urge them to solve this thying. Let's be as annoying to our lawmakers as these phone harrassers are to us. If these call centers are in a country that allows them to ignore our laes, then lets have a tarriff on phons calls from that country, problem solves itself.
