Overbilling and taking advantage

NEVER NEVER sign up with ROGERS!!! NEVER!!!  We cannot see our data usage and when we call they tell us there is trouble with our on line account.  We have spent over 10 hrs on the phone with them, instant chat and visited numerous rogers locations...our bill continues to climb.  We will be cancelling the entire contract soon...and probably ruin our credit in the interim.  Had cell phones for the last 10 years...never had an issue. as soon as we switched to Rogers...nothing but trouble and extremely poor customer service since we signed up.
