Unsolicited calls

I have received a few calls from number (512-265-9594), never leaving a message. After reading messages on this site I thought I would call the number back. Some guy answered, couldn't really understand where he said I was calling to. When I told him I had received a call without anyone leaving a message, he asked me if I was a name that they were calling for. Some crazy name I've never heard of.  I said no. He apologized, seeming sincere, and told me they would take me off of their list. We shall see if they call again.
