mishandling of TV and giving peanuts as insurance claim

I am seriously Fed up with this fraud company Agarwal packers and movers (DRS Group).
On December 12th we transported our newly purchased TV to Navsari, Surat along with some more items. They assured us they would deliver within 22nd December. Their representatives were very polished and claimed to be No. 1 service providers. They suggested we go in for an insurance for the TV since its delicate. We got the TV insured as per their instructed value.
We kept waiting for out items and days flew. Finally it was high time so we kept pestering them to deliver our items finally it reached us on 7th Jan. Every time we called up they kept saying there was a problem with the godown and some issues with the Surat godown owner and he has locked up the godown. ([***] reasons). We found something fishy so as soon as the item was delivered we asked them to open it in front of us and to our bad luck my new 40" led TV was broken. The screen was completely shattered.
Since then it has been a long chasing run with the DSR group guys. After months of followup they reverted a claim of 7k for my new TV. Werejected it now they say 10k is final what they can settle at. Also the Hyderabad staff who handles the claims Mr. Murali is such a rude ass..... He has no sence of speaking. When ever we call up, he starts the call with a fight and takls [***] words. Please suggest what should be done.
