would not accept guaranteed cashiers check from bank

Same thing as a previous complaint. Manager in Pennsylvania store would not accept cashiers check from a bank with guaranteed funds available made out to HH Gregg for the exact amount of purchase. Manager was very rude, already had previous purchases from HH Gregg along with HH Gregg card and a second to none credit score. Also said would not deliver 28 miles to my house when previously mentioned he would deliver 70 miles to another another area. Said my zip code was not on his list. I could have even picked up said purchase but would not allow with cashiers check. To make a long story short, Best Buy along with numerous other retailers do accept cashiers checks issued by a bank. HH Gregg lost 6000.00 plus in sales along with any future sales. Could it be discrimination???  Cashiers check should be as good as cash.
