Contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and close the account to prevent further fraud.
There is no other effective way to stop continuing theft by a cramming scam. They set out to steal your money, under the pretext that it's for some "valuable discount plan", and they will keep stealing until you prevent it.
received my discover card st . i was talking to someone else on my phone and somehow they were tal;king right over them. how can they get away with this?????atement. i had a fraudulent charge of$29.95 from Budgetsavers i had informed them i did not want or never had given them permission to state i was now a member.on sept. 4 i was charged $29.95 again. at the same time i had the same problem with a co. called great fun. they sent me a credit card with their logo .i immediately phoned them and warned them that they should not assume i am a member. i will call the better business bureau if i receive anymore communication from them.i have cancelled my former credit card number. i am nearly deaf and they babble as fast as possible in poor english. can,t something be done?on they are frauds.. e company i sent a legitimate order to from a magazine and have seen it offered on tv. the hearing item cost $29.95. subsequently they sent me the item with 4 rechargeable battery stands, a delivery fee of $75.00 canadian. the total price then became in all&178.14. at this stage i have only been reimbursed $130.45 from them. that co. is calledMSA30x-a hearing aid. i had sent the whole order back untouched.
