I have been sending emails to Hloni wrt my refund  but not a word from her. I was at Holiday Inn express umhlanga from 30th December 2019 and checked out on the 2nd of January 2020. My initial booking was 30th December 2020 til 3rd January 2020 which I  paid fully but a problem from home came up which forced me to leave your hotel earlier. Hloni Ngcobo who is an employee in Umhlanga Holiday Inn express and whom I dealt with during my checking out promised that I will get my refund after she had referred my matter to account department but until this date there is not communication to inform me of the development of payment.

I wish to request your company to attend to my case as I have no information as to who else I can deal with in that hotel.

    This website has NOTHING to do with a hotel chain.  Try CALLING them!
