Having attempted to determine how to cancel automatic shipment of two products, I have been unable to. I have tried 888-899-1545; it is always busy. My husband died and my financial situation has changed. I really need to have a cancellation effective this month.

    With cramming scams..
    they have every incentive to make it impossible to cancel, to maintain the pretense that you "ordered" their automatic shipment.
    Since they prevented your cancellation when you tried, their claim that you could cancel at any time was deceptive, so any alleged "order" after your attempt was obtained through fraud.  Dispute the charges through your bank and block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  File complaints with FTC and your state AG, for deceptive business practices.
