Same here they lied. I called and cancelled within the trail period and after the trial period was over my debit card was charged for $30.00. I called the number on my account chargers and thus lady answers and she explains to me and said you remember about subscribing to the magazine's and I didn't.  I never received me card for $100.00 either. So she said I had to cancel both said she would cancel this and refund my money which I doubt I ever will see. Now I have to call my card company to put a stop on them from taking anymore money from my card. SCAMMERS

    It's a cramming scam..
    Do not depend on scammers to voluntarily return your money. Whatever they promise is likely just an attempt to string you along to run out the 60 day bank fraud dispute window.
    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    I don't know how you were able to misdirect legit telephone numbers . You got the wrong person this time . Have started an investigation on your company . You are a total scam you will get what you deserve .

      I got the same...They told me that I started a trial on Sept. 9th for $1.95, and since I didn't call to cancel I was charged 39.99 per month.  They also told me that I received a welcome email on Sept. 10th.  I have no trial $1.95, never received an email, or post.  They supposedly did cancel and gave me a confirmation number.  When I called back to get full contact information indicating that I needed it to contact my authorities because whoever they spoke to was definitely NOT me.  They then indicated that they would refund the $119 within 4-10 business days, and the rep gave me her ID #.  If this money is not refunded, I will most definitely be filing an investigation and reporting it as a FULL-ON SCAM!
