Poor Customer Service/Shipping

I placed and order for items with Miles Kimball a month before Christmas. Many of the items I ordered were for Christmas presents. A week and a half before Christmas I called customer service to find out the status of this order. At that time I was told that the items were still not packed up int he warehouse. They then upped the shipping on my order and said that my items would be shipped right away. I received my incomplete order 2 days before I needed 5 of the items I purchased as gifts for my bosses at work. Surprise surprise - those 5 items were not included in the shipment. They shipped those items seperately via the US postal service and no, I will not have them in time to give as the gifts they were intended to be. Nothing cutomer service can do when called. If you email they send a response that they will email you in 3 days. So here it is less than 2 days from the time I needed these 5 gifts and have nothing. So now I am on my way out to shop late tonight after a long day of work and after 2 doctor's appointments.
I do alot of internet shopping and will never order from this company again...not when I can place an order 3 days ago from another company and have my order already on it's way with an expected delivery date of tomorrow at regular shipping costs no express!!!!!!

I ordereedthe fabricedged envelopes I assumed they were regular size but when I got them they won't even my legal size file cabnet I ordered them from your email special sale but nowhwere did it indicate that they were this big
now if I have to send them back it will cost me extra postage now it will no longer be a sale will it ?

BUT NEEDLESS TO SAY I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS ORDER

looking at some of other complaints it looks like you guys have really screwwd upalso did you ever answer these complaints
I was told to contact you at Customer care@Free shipping.com to claim my Free Shipping.com rebate for my order (Order Number: SO052127940 - Customer Account 0147748610. My order was placed on l2/05/20ll and I received it on 12/15/2011. Please help to refund the shipping that I am entitled to.
