a very strange man calls me from 601.999.8452. He goes on rants about weird gibberish when I answer, or clogs my voice mail with his strange rambling. He calls all hours of the night, as late as 2am. He has been calling  daily for the last few weeks, and the police won't help! I don't know who the man is.

    Call your phone company, with your permission they will be able to contact the person by mail and ask him to stop. If he doesn't stop after that, the police have to get involved. At least thats how it is in Australia.

    I've also have recieved calls late at night from this number. The caller talks about 2012, and all kinds of random craziness. I'm assuming it is some man off his medication playing around with his phone, bothering decent people late in the night.
