I believe this man is a hit man for hire...check to see if your spouse wants you dead and or has taken out any life insurance on you lately>>>when I call the number I get the same thing call back in a couple of days.

    Vitelity is a VoIP telecom. it is commonly used by telemarketers, particularly overseas call centers and scammers.

    Could be anyone, anywhere.

    Contact Vitelity directly and report the number if you are receiving harassing calls.
