Waiting for promised rebate

Good morning.  When I booked my flight with Cheapoair on Aug. 6, 2011, the representative told me that I qualified for a $20.00 cash back rebate off of the reservation that I just made.  Well, this $20.00 has not yet arrived.  My booking number with Cheapoair was: 8367553.  I am very disappointed, and after going onto their Complaint site and reading all the negative comments, I wish that I had not utilized their services.

SO, I am expecting THIS site to correct this oversight, and send me my promised $20.00 cash back rebate.

I look forward to a quick reply to this e-mail.

    I ALSO HAVE A $20.00 REBATE FORM BACK ON NOV. 22, 2011-NOV. 26, 2011 AND NEVER RECEIVED THE MONEY. I CALLED THE OFFICE  1-800-822-2563 AND SPOKE WITH SHAUN AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. THIS MUST BE A GIMMICK FOR PEOPLE TO BOOK TICKETS FROM YOU. THE BOOKING NO. WAS 8685315, BOOKED ON WED. SEP. 07, 2011 AIRTRAN  CONFIRMATION: M7CK8C AND US AIRWAYS: ABD9D7 0378680542944 E-TICKET. I DO EXPECT MY REBATE AND TO HEAR FROM YOU ASAP

    Listen, I got the same thing. The rep on the phone though told me that I have to enroll in some kind of membership for like $1 or something which will be taken off of my credit card on a monthly basis and I would be able to enjoy millions and zillions of discounts and additional rebates and special offers. When I refused to tell him my credit card number and refused the membership, he again tried to desperately sell me the service....I think they just want you to call to get you in their rebate scam, but unless you actually gave them your credit card number, just be grateful that you didn't fall for this....I hope they just don't start doing telemarketing [***] on my phone and call my number, that's what really gonna piss me off!!

      subject rebate

      I am very disappointed the fact that I have submitted the copy of my tickets for a 20.00 dollars rebate, since April 18, and I have not received the rebate
      I have called several times and with all do respect non of the costumer service have been able to direct me in to the right  department it’s very frustrated I was told by a representative to fax my tickets I have tried so many times and I have not been able to do so.
      I am going to try one more time hopping that this fax will go to the right departments

      I even try 4:00 am and the fax was always busy this is non sense when I call the customer service who answers the call they make bealive  that do not understand the question that we are asking of them , and it's very hard to understand them any suggestion? I am going to report this to the aviation commission  customer service they are incompetent

        Well there's a good chance you're talking to people paid by the Affinion Group. Not cheap-o-air. So I'd report them to the better business bureau.

      I doubt they desperately tried to sell it to you.  Most of us who work there don't care. We just have to rebuttal or get fired.
