Took rate extra than the MRP

Yesterday 06.04.13, We went to Bar & restaurant (City Central) which is located in Vijayawada.We ordered for Beer of Budwieser, which is the MRP Rate is Rs.110/- on the Printed Label.But actually they collected the Money for 1 beer Rs.160/- it is more than Rs.50/- extra.In their Menu,there is affixed rates paper on the original printed MRPs.
It was very bad effect to us,like this how many custmers are cheated by them.
Excise has to be take the action.
