My baggage Yet To Arrive At Kigali From London - TK836961

I travelled on Turkish Airlines on 27th June 2012 from London Heathrow to Istambul Turky (flight number 1980/27) and then from Istambul to Kigali Ruwanda (flight number 606/27) and my baggage on Arrival at Kigali on 28 th June 2012 was found to be missing - Baggage Refrenced TK836960, or TK836961; or TK836962. One of these references is the missing baggage.
I was told on arrival that my my baggage was delayed because the plain was too full and that I should wait for the next arrivals the following day of which only one of my two baggages arrival without the second. I have been waiting and have been incurring unnecessary hotel bills waiting for my baggage to arrival. I am also not able to get back to work.
Today is Friday 29 June 2012 and there is no confirmation of where my baggage is sitting and at this point in time and must get back to work.
May I inform you that I was on my three weeks annual leave to London where I purchased many of my clothings and personal belongings valued close to over £1500 (One thousand pounds) and other gifts to family members.
During all these delays, I am incurring more cost in hotel bills running to over £200 now.
Please know that most of our company staff always travel with Turkish Airlines and this is my worst experience of travel and makes me to think before travelling next time.
