they call my work place

Someone calls an is very rude only asking for me by first name, if I do owe anything you should know my full name. When I call number back it goes straight to voice-mail. I have been through this once before when I got a phone call at work an that person wanted me to fax a copy of my drivers licence an a promise note saying I would pay a certain amount by a certain date and give him my account numbers, well I didn't fax that and he got really mad called five more times saying I had to fax that within the next five minutes or an officer would come arrest me, bring it on I have recieved no papers in mail like I asked for an when I ask you , you say you don't know who is collecting on this debt. why not? You scam people are something but your not that good, I can look you up on the internet too! When the name you give me is not real and where you say you are calling from is not where you really are then I know that you are not truely who you claim to be , fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me.
