Attorney "steven michael" calling in from american cash advance saying thats a corporate name covering several smaller companies.. Making threats of judgments, litigation's, saying he was filing this in my county i would be picked up with a warrant for my arrest. I have proof that this debt was previously already paid in full and he is still trying to collect on this debt. Saying he represents CASH NET USA.  Foreign accent with american names...

    There is no "steven michael".
    He is not an attorney.
There is no "american cash advance".
He says "thats a corporate name covering several smaller companies" because he is a swindler trying to get you to think this is somehow a collection attempt on some old payday loan, and he has no clue who you might have borrowed from, or even if you borrowed at all.
He threatens "arrest" because all he can do is threaten. It's a scam.

"I have proof that this debt was previously already paid in full and he is still trying to collect on this debt. Saying he represents CASH NET USA."

His con partly worked.  He actually got you to reveal who you thought might be the lender, and once you did, he then claimed this was the "loan" he was collecting.

    Indicators of fraudulent collection:
    1)  foreign, often Indian, accents
    2)  threats of "lawsuits" or "arrest"
    3)  Use of name "American Cash Advance" or  "ACS".
    4)  Vague references to who might have originated this "loan"
    5)  you know no debt is owed
    6)  Attempts to step into collection of some other lender's loan.
    7)  "white bread American" names (as a post on a black forum described it)

ANY strange caller making threats is a criminal running a scam.
