Attempting a bridge pay.. Not only do I pay 25$ 20 goes towards my bill. 5 for their convience...but the represenitive mistakenly did two payments.. So I owe 42 more dollars. I stop by another store to pay but the guy handling it wont except the fact I owe 42. Then charges me only 22. I hesitate... But he swears its the other stores fault and assured me it was a ok. After getting home I start receiving calls from the previous store about how they are gona interrupt my service if I dont immediately give them 20$. I explained I would willingly give it after work the next day. After hanging up. I did the cricket chat. And was assured by a Maria that I would be ok untill after work Friday. Midnight Thursday my phone gets shut off. I have a friend pay the 20 over the phone. But instead of 20 she paid 30. At 430 in the morning my phone is still off and I have a 2$ and change credit towards next month. So I've paid 25$-22$-30$ that's 77$ for a 57$ a month service. So where's the 20$? 5 for the bridge..so 15$ now..? Minus the 2$ credit.. Cricket has screwed me out of 13$ very argumentative help. They jump out telling you what's going on even tho its the first time they have looked at your account. I've done CSR for the bigger company.... And was damn good at it too. But these yahoos they have taking money in stores is a disgrace and you can't say much more for the call center reps either. Nobody is on the same track. For as much money as they make you would think their would be more training involved. I swore id switch service if my phone was cut off at midnight and i guarantee I am going to look into it. By the way if your interested in fake sentimentalism call a cricket represenitive." I understands" do not make up for screwing your account up. To pay 7$ extra every month on insurance that only gives you a minimal impact on a new phone,heaven forbid if your breaks then to be charged 5$ to pay your bill in a store. Its getting old. I was told a higher being from the company would review my phone complaint. I will believe it when I get that call with a serious apology. And by the way. Get acquainted with your local represenitive. They will call you from their personal phones. And if some yahoo gets on here and recommends me to a websight for cricket ill burst laughing. I have better ways of complains FCC... BBB... I'm sure I will not be the first. But unlike them...ill give them a two weeks to handle this to where as a customer I'm satisfied. Learn from my mistake do not expect actual help from any cricket personnel. Thanks
