WE WERE CHARGED A FAKE $600 "PENALTY FEE" THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO CREDIT OUR TICKETS. IT FUCKING DIDNT

We were charged a $600 penalty fee at the air port when we were not able to board our flight due to visa issues. We called cheapo air and they told us in order to keep our $2600 ticket credit we had to pay a $300 penatly fee for each ticket. (2 tickets). Well come to find out, that $600 that we paid had nothing to do with our plane tickets. When i talked to the airline, they informed me that we had no credit with them and if we wanted to keep our credit we would have to pay the airline $200 per ticket.....So where did my $600 go to?? When we called they kept hanging up on us. This is complete [***]! I saved 2.5 years for this trip and to not only not be able to board the plane to australia for my best friends wedding, we were scammed out of $600!!! Never book with cheapo air!!!! This isnt over, our lawyer is involved now. This is [***]!
