Fraud Alert. These people may be frausters and scammers.  They use fake voices and are listening in the background.  If an older person answers they come on the line and try to pitch.  Don't answer the phone anymore, let everyone leave a message.  The phone companies should give people the tools to BLOCK stuff like this forever.  If this numbers calls you, do not answer.

    I’ve got a recording of one of the psychos using a voice changer last March.
    Reported to Utah, and the FBI. Better not ever call here again!

      They even asked for me by name during my answering machine recording of tele.co. "This number is disconected..." so I dialed #60 and entered the last caller!
      #60  -Select Call Reject- works good, if they ever call again my phone won't even ring !!!

    I received a call from these people for the first time this morning but did not pick up the phone. I first check the caller ID, and if the caller is not familiar, I just ignore it.
    By the way "Me Too", when do you dial #60, when they hang up? Your help is appreciated.

    I am on a national do not call list and still received call from this company..  Once you ask why the call, they hung up.

    I answered the call at 2:38 pm today and a lady asked for me by name and I said, "Who is this?" She said she was a research company (Life Give Moments) and would only take a couple minutes of my time.  Then asked questions about TV broadcasts content for kids. Said that parents and grand parents that are concerned about what their children and grandchildren watch on TV should sign a petition by entereing 9 on my phone number to sign an electronic petition. I said that I have been told to NEVER press number 9 on my phone and wouldn't do that. She stated that someone would call later and explain more to me. I said NO, and I'm late now and have to go.   I then hung up. Really!
    I've heard that if you press number 9 that the caller can get info and use your line to make long distance calls - I don't know how true this is but I've never had so many crazy calls as of late! i hope this nonsense can be stopped!!

    I got a similar call about a survey for children from Life Give Moments.  I hung up on her, screaming at her to remove my phone number from her list.

    I never answer if I don't recognize. It's a sure sign of trouble is no one will leave a message. As I've said before on other sites, it might be time to buy a bullhorn!

    Just answered a call from this number.  Life Given Moments.  The woman asked for my wife by name and asked that I "grab" her.  lol  I responded, "did you say, grab her"?  Then went on to say my wife wasn't available.  (she was asleep)  The woman went into her spiel about protecting children that watch TV.  I told the woman that my wife does not have children, nor grandchildren, but I do.  And I assured her that my granddaughter would take care of any problems my g-grandchildren have with respect to watching TV.  Then asked the woman if she was aware that I am on the "do not call list"..she said no, but she would put our # on their do not call list.  Yeah right!

    EVERYONE! we are all very intelligent people. don't hire attorneys or rely on the do not call list. they are worthless don't answer these calls if it's a call you know is no one you know.  let them ring their time away. why give them the satisfaction? I have also turned off my answering machine. I would spend so much of my precious time deleting all these calls because if I did not answer, it would go to the answering machine and all it would record was "click". if it's a call I want to respond to, I will call back. remember! none of the calls you want are never an emergency. you can answer or call back at your convenience. I am too important of a person to be a slave to my phone.

    I asked who was supporting this survey and the woman on the line gave me the website which I looked up while she was talking.  I agree with the comments above.  I don't need this kind of advice.
